Coding Fellowship Student: Hannah

Hannah was really keen to find a career that challenged her mentally. She enjoyed her previous industry, however, did feel that she needed something more.

What was your background/career before you joined the Coding Fellowship bootcamp?

I worked as a Textile Print Designer / Illustrator.

Why consider a coding bootcamp?

I wanted to challenge myself and to develop my skill set, I like to know how things work!

What was your main reservation about doing a bootcamp?

Whether I would have the capacity to understand the content.

Tell us how your experiences have addressed that worry?

It is certainly challenging, but I have been happy with how much new information has seemingly found its way into my brain.

What level of coding had you done before the course?

Zero! (Other than the pre-course work).

How are you enjoying the Coding Fellowship Bootcamp?

Difficult but rewarding! The content is structured really well which certainly helps when trying to get to grips with everything.

How is the LIVE remote learning going?

Communication channels have been set up very well so support is always there when needed!

How have you been supported on the course?

Really great! A very lovely group of people who will happily answer even the smallest of questions.

We have been running Bristol Coding Bootcamps for almost 5 years and welcome anyone with a learning attitude and a genuine desire to put 100% into their career change. Find out more about our Bootcamp here and get in touch with any queries!
